The ICOSIM Autumn Seminar 2026 will take place on 27–28 November 2026 in Munich, bringing together Integrative Implantology, Osteoimmunology and Cranial Neural Therapy.

The seminar explores the local and systemic conditions for implant success, immunological aspects of implantology and FDOK, and the role of cranial neural therapy in implantology. The second day has a strong practical focus, featuring hands-on sessions on cranial neural therapy injection techniques for implantologists.

Over two focused days in Munich, you will explore not only the scientific foundations but, above all, their practical application: osteoimmunological assessment and injection techniques in cranial neural therapy.

A continuing education seminar for dentists and implantologists that brings together osseointegration, osteoimmunology and neural therapy in a clinically relevant, practice-oriented approach.

What you will learn over two days

Understanding the relationship between osseointegration and osteoimmunological assessment of the jawbone is fundamental to successful dental implantation. Regardless of implant design or material, the condition of the implant’s target tissue – the bone marrow environment – plays a decisive role in the outcome of implant treatment.

Terms and Conditions for ICOSIM e.V. Events

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern registration, payment, and participation in events, congresses, seminars, webinars, workshops, and other educational activities organized by ICOSIM e.V. – International College of Maxillo-Mandibular Osteoimmunology.

By submitting a completed registration, the participant accepts these T&C as legally binding.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration takes place via the official registration process provided by ICOSIM e.V.

Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a confirmation and/or invoice for the applicable participation fee. The booking becomes binding upon submission of the registration.

Invoices must be paid by the payment date stated on the invoice. Where payment is required, participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Cancellation and Transfer

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular event, all bookings are binding and participation fees are non-refundable.

A participant may request to transfer their registration to another eligible person. Such transfers require prior written approval by ICOSIM e.V. and must be requested before the event by contacting info@icosim.de.

ICOSIM e.V. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, format, or venue where necessary. Such changes do not in themselves entitle participants to reimbursement.

If an event is cancelled by ICOSIM e.V., participation fees already paid for the cancelled event will be refunded. Further claims remain excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during ICOSIM e.V. events for documentation, communication, and promotional purposes.

Recordings may be used by ICOSIM e.V. in connection with its activities, including on websites, social media, digital communications, and printed materials, subject to applicable data protection and personality rights.

Participants who have concerns regarding photography or filming are encouraged to contact the organizer prior to the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

ICOSIM e.V. shall be liable in accordance with applicable statutory provisions in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, ICOSIM e.V. assumes no liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings or for services provided independently by third parties, including hotels, transportation providers, exhibitors, sponsors, or other external service providers.

Participation in practical demonstrations, workshops, and associated activities is at the participant's own responsibility, subject to mandatory statutory liability provisions.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

ICOSIM e.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data collected during registration may include the participant's name, professional and contact details, billing information, membership information, and other information necessary to administer participation.

Such data may be processed for purposes including registration management, invoicing, participant communication, event organization, access management, certificates of attendance, and other administrative requirements associated with the event.

Where necessary for event organization, relevant data may be shared with service providers or cooperation partners involved in delivering the event. Personal data will otherwise only be disclosed where legally permitted or required.

Marketing communications concerning future ICOSIM activities and events will be sent where permitted by applicable law or where the participant has provided the necessary consent. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Participants may exercise their applicable data protection rights, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, by contacting info@icosim.de.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any mandatory statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction and consumer protection remain unaffected.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of ICOSIM e.V.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The applicable statutory provisions shall apply in place of any invalid or unenforceable provision.
